Indoor Football is fun, easy to learn and based on traditional outdoor sport. The rules have been modified to allow for the fact that the game is being played not only indoors, but also within fully tensioned nets that add to the excitement of each game.

• Played 4 a-side
  • Minimum of 2 females on court at any time for Mixed grade.
  • No restriction on number of players in the team
  • Rolling Subs
• All equipment and umpires provided

PLAYING DAYS

• Mens/Mixed- played on Sunday afternoon/evening.
  
  • (Minimum of 2 females on court for Mixed).

GAME FEES

• $44 per team per game.
